This is our customised hybrid Metal Master Card. It has been engineered to provide an easy to use sharing process compared to previous Metal cards. The front of the card is pure metal while the back is made of PVC (hence the name: hybrid Metal) which is your tappable material.
You just need to send us your customised design i.e. logo, card design, name, position etc. (link will be provided via after-sales email)
Once you receive your card. You will get access to our Onboarding page by either tapping your card on your NFC enabled phone or scanning the QR on your card.
Onboarding takes less than 5 mins and you are ready to go Sliq.

What is Sliq Online?
Sliq Online is the control center of Sliq. This is where you can edit and create all the information you want linked to your Sliq card.
Every purchase of our Sliq Cards automatically gives you access to Sliq Online under the Free Tier subscription which is always free.
If you need more blocks or more functionality, you can sign up to one of our higher tiers.

Shipping
Your new card will be shipped immediately after the design acceptance & printing process is completed. The design acceptance stage involves you the customer sending your intended name, design or customisation to our team and also approving the final mock-up before your card goes to print.

Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately once the print process has been started/completed, there is no refund available.
However if you purchased one of our club cards without customisation and no visible marks on the card, you can claim a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
