General Information

Most modern smartphones are compatible with the NFC technology. However, some Android phones may have NFC turned off in their phone settings.

iPhones work perfectly from iPhone XR and above while older iPhones (i.e. iPhone 7, iPhone 8 and iPhone X only work with iOS 14 NFC widget in control center.

Sliq Cards come with the option of a unique QR code attached to them which enables older phones to use the SCAN option to access the information on the card.

You will be sent an email with instructions depending on the purchased products. The email will normally include a link to register on our Card Page Design Platform.

Sliq Online

Sliq Online is the control center of Sliq. This is where you can edit and create all the information you want linked to your Sliq card.

Every purchase of our Sliq Cards automatically gives you access to Sliq Online under the Free Tier subscription which is always free.

If you need more blocks or more functionality, you can sign up to one of our higher tiers.

Sliq Online is designed to be very easy to use and fun. If you need assistance with anything including customisation, send us a message and we can see how we can help.

Shipping Information

Yes we do, the cost of international delivery via Fedex or DHL is added to the order. Please look through our current delivery list for countries.

Orders and Returns

Send us an email on info@mysliq.com with your receipt and we will refund or correct your order for you as required.

This is only possible if your card(s) have not been approved by you for printing.

No, you do not need an account to place an order but it is advised so that you can track and view your orders in one place.

You can cancel your order from your Account page.
